1. What areas do you cover?
We provide dog walking and pet services in Newmains and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch.
2. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for dog walking and pet care services. This covers public liability, key loss, and animal injury.
3. Are you police checked?
Yes, we have disclosures which can be provided for your peace of mind.
4. How long are the walks?
Group walks are usually 60 minutes (not including travel time). Solo walks can be 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your dog’s needs.
5. How many dogs do you walk at once?
For safety and enjoyment, we walk a maximum of 6 dogs per walker at a time. Dogs are carefully matched by temperament and energy level.
6. Do you walk dogs off lead?
Only with written permission from the owner and once we’ve established good recall and trust. Safety always comes first.

7. Do you walk in all weather?
Yes – rain or shine, we walk! In extreme weather (heatwaves, storms, or icy conditions), we may shorten walks for safety, substituting with toilet breaks and indoor play.
8. How do you transport the dogs?
Dogs are safely transported in a fully equipped van with secure, ventilated cages.
9. Do you offer puppy visits or home visits?
Yes! We can visit puppies, older dogs, or other pets for feeding, toilet breaks, and companionship.
10. How do I book or cancel a walk?
You can book by phone, text, or email. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations where possible.
11. What are your payment terms?
Payments can be made via bank transfer at start of month or cash weekly.
12. What if my dog is unwell or in season?
For everyone’s safety, dogs that are unwell or bitches in season will not be walked in group sessions. Solo walks or home visits can be arranged instead.
13. Do you meet the dogs before starting?
Absolutely! We offer a free meet and greet to get to know you and your dog, discuss routines, and make sure everyone is happy before starting.
14. What if there’s an emergency?
We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to your nominated vet or the nearest veterinary practice.
